Ordering pods
Hello,
I set up a study room with a pc but the signal in this area of the house is very flaky (speed between 19-40mbps - measured with fast internet speed and connection drops and resumes).
I was trying to use the connect app to scan the my WiFi but the app keeps telling there is an error and I need to wait 10 minutes or so and try again ( which I did multiple times without any success).
I restarted my phone and app but nothing changed.
Is there a direct way that I can order one pod.
I called the 150 but the automated assistance instead of a real person discouraged me to continue.
