Ordering Pod?

Hi,

I managed to get a WiFi pod which has helped a lot but still have a dead spot at the far end of my house. I need to order a second pod but the instructions for doing it online lead to a blank page. The online chat sends me to WhatsApp which has gone unanswered for several weeks. 

Can any of the Virgin team on here assist please?

      Have you tried adding a second pod via My Virgin Media? 

      Info below from /virginmedia.com/uploads/Wi_Fi_Max_POST_21_JUL_2023_v3_059b6b25db.pdf 

      If you have received your first WiFi Pod and once you have set it up you are still not receiving download speeds of at least 30Mbps in every room, you can request a second WiFi Pod by signing into My Virgin Media, clicking on Your Package and following the steps in the WiFi Max tab

  • Thanks very much for the suggestion. I have tried this but unfortunately when I get into “My package” I just get this blank screen. Have tried laptop, multiple browsers.

      I'd like to step in here to save you the trouble of getting a 2nd Pod and order one from here for you.

      If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
      If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen, that would be great.
