Ordering pod
When i subscribed to Vigin inhad impression and promises that bad wifi will be in the past now and if i need extra Pid it will be very easy to order... soon I realised it was not the case, broadband very poor even 2 steps in same room makes it freez, been on phone few times, all they doo check speed to rooter and say all working fine, no one really cares about fact that everywhere else there is no signal or signal is really bad... After long fights managed to get one Pod but its only in porch as otherwise my wifi Bell isn't working, noe i need other Pods, but wheb called customer suppirt not gone farther than been requested to restart rooter and all that rubbish...
Feeling very frustrated and upset that ever choosen Virgin... they do not deliver what they promise... Will tray cople of more time and if not resolved will look in to switching provider as can't function like this anymore, we all working from home sometimes and relying of wifi heavily.
