I have looked at all previous posts but still can’t seem to get through to anyone on the 0345 number to order a Pod. I know I can only get 1 pod at a time, but I will need 3 for my home.
can someone please let me know hoe to order a pod please.

Have you downloaded the Connect App at all, if not please download this and run a test.
It will allow you to order one via that app.
The VM pods are only good if you have ethernet and want to extend the range. My hub is in the loft and prior to the pod signal was ok downstairs. Connecting the pod to ethernet gives very good signal. Any mesh system relies on piggybacking off a wireless signal which will never be as good as a hard wired solution.
Some Mesh systems use a separate dedicated Wifi channel for the backhaul. Whilst not quite as good as a full cabled system, it is better than the cheaper Mesh units.
Or you can save yourself a huge amount of time & frustration and from Amazon buy a suitable Wi-Fi Mesh with enough nodes to cover all of your home in one hit, it could be delivered and installed by tomorrow evening.
With a proper mesh system you can set it to your own requirements instead of being restricted to the arbitrary settings of the VM connect app.
And the mesh you buy will be yours to keep when you change your broadband supplier.
You will be asked to run the scanner within the Connect app to show you need a Pod. They will only supply one at first. Once installed you will again need to prove you need an additional Pod for the second and third one.
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.
