Ordering a WiFi pod

I'm trying to order a WiFi pod but I'm not having much luck on either the site or the app. It just seems circular where one sends you to the other. I have completed the speed test which was at it's worst showing under 1mbit. Doesn't ook like I can add a screenshot though. 

Anyone any ideas? 

Also, the link to the service status page on step 7 of the instructions is broken. There is a character before the https which stops the link directing.

    I can see you've spoken to the team since you posted. Has an order now been raised?

    Regarding the broken link, would it be possible to provide a screenshot of what you're referring to?
