Ordering a WiFi pod

Hopefully some one will have experience with this…

I’m a volt customer and have a stream box. I’ve been looking tirelessly trying to find how to order a WiFi pod without any joy. 
Issue I have is I have used the connect app several times and have areas in the house that will loose connection when carrying out the test. But will never say I require a pod. The stream box I purchased is also redundant due to the signal issue. 
Anyone able to point t me in the right direction to resolve?
