Order WiFi pods

Been having wifi issues in the rooms furthest away from the router. Have used the app to identify this but it doesn’t give the option to order a wifi pod. Spoke with customer service and they said I needed to have an engineer visit and bring the pods. The engineer came and advised they don’t carry the pods. So I am wondering how I can get some please.

    They are free on 1GB or with Volt customer otherwise they are £8 per month.
