Order WiFi Pods

Hi All

I have been experiencing low download speeds in a few rooms. 

I've been trying to work out how to order WiFi Pods, from what I can gather you need to use the VM Connect App and scan each room. Should low coverage be detected then the App is ment to direct you to order WiFi Pods...

I am currently on M500 Volt package and the VM Connect app is scanning rooms, coming back with 23Mb Download Speed and saying "Everything Looks Great".

Is there any other method of ordering these as I personally don't feel download speeds of 23Mb from a 500Mb plan are "great" by any stretch of the imagination.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    VM only guarantee 30Mb over Wifi.  However, if the Connect app is not working correctly, just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

      Hi

      I had read about the guaranteed over 30Mb which is why I couldn't understand why when the speed check came back at 23Mb it was telling me that the WiFi was great...
