What device are you using?  PC, mobile?  What browser?  Have you tried Incognito, or InPrivate?  Make sure no VPNs or Apple Relay is on.

      Are you using their app?

If so, log into the Hub settings via a browser - URL type in 192.168.0.1  if in router mode or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode - navigate to the appropriate page and change thing there

      Hello hitch316

Sorry to hear of the issues accessing your Hub's settings, we appreciate you contacting us via the forums and welcome to the community.

Have you been able to follow jbrennand steps to access the settings? It will ask for a password which can also be found under 'Settings Password' on the sticker on the back or base of the Hub.
