Oops something went wrong

When I sign in to either the VM connect app or the website I get oops something went wrong please try again later

ive been trying for 2 weeks now and cannot sign in to change any of my account settings

Not a great start to Virgin Media

    Please can you make sure you have pops ups allowed, make sure the devices are fully updated.

    Please try another device or browser, making sure pops up are allowed.
