one of the rooms in the house does not get any signal. I would like to recieve a wifi booster please

Hi, I started a new package with virgin media recently and one of the rooms in the house does not get any signal. I would like to recieve a wifi booster please. I have tried the online chat function however keep on getting disconnected or not responded to.

    Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your broadband connection and WiFi signal at the moment. 

    Are you currently on any Volt package or 1gig broadband package? If you are on one of those packages, you would be able to get a WiFi pod free of charge; however, if you're not, there would be a charge of £8 per month added to your bill. Would you be happy to proceed?
