Older Virgin Booster (powerline) plugs. Hadn't needed to use for a while until son moved back home. Tried to set up again but no light on the plug. Other poster on here with same issue said they needed replaced but this was then handled by DM with Virgin Support, so no idea how/who to engage.
VM no longer support the old powerlines - in fact they are plagued with overheating and bursting into flames (just search these fora) so best forgetting them and see if you qualify for their "free" replacement "Pods"
Pods are only free to customers on the 1GB, Volt (or old Ultimate Oomph) packages - is that you? If so they are worth trying - they should work for you. VM Wifi is now “guaranteed” to 30 Mbps/room it’s now called… Wifi Max
