I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue when ordering a Pod via the app, can I just double check are you following these specific steps when using the app:
路 Tap Start the scan
路 Then Start the scan again
路 While connect to WiFi, Tap I鈥檓 ready
路 Wait 2 mintues for Scan
路 Scan complete, Tap continue
路 Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in
路 Start the Scan (do this in every room)
路 Scan complete
路 Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option
路 If so, Tap Optimise
路 Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room,
路 Tap Start Scan
路 Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option
