Seriously  way too long rridiculous 27th!@

    Unfortunately there is no SLA on a Residential contract.

    As ‘Adduxi’ rightly says, there is no Service Level Agreement for a domestic connection, it’s part of the price of a ‘cheap’ internet connection. And if you think that what you pay VM is ‘cheap’ check out what a full business-class connection with guaranteed  24 hour resolution time would be (and even then there are get-out clauses).

    Do you have a complete loss of service, ie it doesn’t work at all? If so, and you report this then you would be entitled to compensation after it is fixed. Unfortunately the fix might be months away.

    I wonder how many VM staff will be working over Christmas to get your connection working by first thing on the 27th?

       i I also spoke to Deborah from exec team before christmas and nothing has been received yet could this be passed over please
