no internet got promised new router today as got autistic son

hello i got told yesterday a replacement hub5 would be with me today had no email to confirm this got a text yesterday saying

Your replacement kit will be with you on Fri 10 Oct.Yodel will be in touch with a timeslot and details on how to reschedule if you need to.

i need this sorted as my son is struggling really bad.
