No Hub connection but through EXT

Hi all, since about October none of my devices will connect through the hub but I'm able to connect through an EXT booster.

Had to reset all my connections including CCTV, laptops, mobiles etc, done all the usual reset, factory reset with no success and I've not changed any settings.

Has anyone any tips of what could be causing my problem and what could I do to rectify it?

    Has some bright spark blocked the Wi-Fi access on the VM Hub by using the VM Connect app ?

    Login to the VM Hub menu and find out, don't assume the answer is No !

        How to get stats from a VM hub (no need to logon to the hub)

        Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

        • Click on the “> Check router status” button
        • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply, do not take a screen shot
        • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
        • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.
          • Do NOT post photos or screen shots they will be rejected as they contain MAC addresses. The board software will automatically change MAC addresses to **:** if done as above.
