No Data from Superhub 5

It works so thats something I guess thats how much testing VM do.

If you want a better router you can get one that has working options and put hub in modem mode.

Have you tried a Reboot or failing that a RESET of the Hub 5 ?

Any better via the VM Connect app? 

Yes I did a reboot straight away and nothing changed. I'll try a reset when all the rest of the family is out.

Was able to do a pinhole reset this morning and it seems to have fixed the problem.

Well it's gone pear shaped again - the router won't list connected devices or DHCP reservations and it's ignoring the DHCP reservations that were there and just randomly assigning IP addresses. 

Why should this have started happening recently and when will it be fixed?

How did you set the DHCP reservations and what are the IP addresses?

I set the reservations using the hub's Advanced Settings section and the addresses are perfectly normal like 192.168.0.15.

It's all worked fine for years but now suddenly doesn't.

Is your Hub 5 on Software version : LG-RDK_11.6.2-2410.1 ? 

I ask because you have again reported DHCP issues, at a time when others with Hub 5 are reporting connectivity failures on Wi-Fi usually on the 2.4GHz channel for their IoT / CCTVs going offline.

LG-RDK_11.6.2-2410.1 has a known fault where Wi-Fi fails and a Reboot/Reset is the temporary workaround suggested by the VM ModTeam, it is not a fix.

Could it be a DHCP fault is once again plaguing the Hub 5 in Router mode ?

Are we really back to the Hub 5 Router mode DHCP failure problems of Hub 5 in 2022 ?

My DHCP reservations within the reservation range work fine, if there is a problem which a reset doesn't fix I suggest a hub swap.
