New wifi Pod fan noise and hot to the touch

  • Received a new wifi Pod a few weeks ago and have noticed it's making noises like an internal fan running...so much so, I have to turn it off when going to sleep due to it being in the bedroom (it's also warm/hot) to the touch) - is this normal?

    Keep it turned off and request a replacement before it can cause damage or fire.
