New superhub stuck on update

Hi VM team.

i have a brand new hub which arrived this afternoon. Solid white light but no internet.

 When I log in to the hub it says it’s waiting for an update.

 Tried rebooting and factory reset with no joy

I have a technician booked for Tuesday but is there any chance you could help and save him a trip?
