New hub4 doesn't recognise password that's on it

I can't connect to the new hub4. Password not recognised.  Can't get through to virgin . Don't know what to do.  Thanks

      Been sent this one to replace a hub 4 that i think wasn't working. The password that's on the  new hub is not recognised. Trying to phone virgin has been knightmare

    Too bad the default password is not 1234 or changeme someone needs to be shot for thinking their be no problem with a random password for each hub.

      I think you will find that OFCOM has mandated that all equipment must be shipped with unique passwords.

        For wifi yes but it stupid for logging in a hub.

    The most common reason for this error is trying to use the WiFi password rather than the settings passcode.

    1) Can't Connect to the Hub's menu

    Perform a 60 second reset & re-try using the Hub Password from the sticker.

    2) Can't Connect to the Hub's Wi-Fi

    If you have the Connect app, the new Hub may have reverted to the SSID / Password of the previous Hub.   If this occurs the old Hub's SSID can be seen as a Wi-Fi service.
