I moved to a new home, I have a vigin media box here at home. Wonder whether I can apply for a new connection, which might not require drilling.

Is that a Virgin Media connection point that is inside the home ?
It might be worth checking if the cables on the outside wall are still connected.
That looks hopeful. Is this in a flat, or is there a cable outside behind this box?
Yes you can definitely apply for a connection that might not require drilling.
