new cable

hi i am waiting for ground force team to arrive today as planned for new cable at my property i've had no eta only message to say its today im needing my internet sorted by tomorrow as i work from home how do i get an update to when they will arrive

    The external cables are usually installed by subcontractors who follow their own timescales and are very unreliable. 

    Is this for a new installation or a repair to an existing service? Have you been given a date for your service to start working?

      replace existing cable 

      i got this message 

      still waiting had no response what so ever total joke of a service 

      Hi, it's Virgin Media. We're planning to do some external work on Mon 16 Jun at 37 Sturminster Close, BS14 8EH, but we don't need you to be there.
