New 1gb wifi

Hi All

Ive just had broadband installed 1 gig with hub 5. Getting great speeds, but everytime i run a speed test on the Ookla speedtest app. Before i start it. The circle shows in yellow and says my internet connection may be unstable. I've first notice this when virgin media installed service and was told it should sort itself out in a day or 2. Been 2 weeks and not resolved. I have  tried power cycling and factory reset. Is anyone else have the same issue when running oakla ?

    Thank-you for your reply.  Ive tried the web version and not getting any error messages. I think its must be the app.  Thanks

    To confirm, are you having any specific issue with the service or is it just when you run the test?

      Many thanks for your reply. No I'm not having any issues and the speed seems great also. Just getting " your connection may be unstable" only when using oakla speed test.
