Need to order another wi fi pod please

Hi have one wi fi pod connection was good , now it’s fair tried a reboot still the same please can I order another wi fi pod please

    What connectivity problems are you now having on a "fair" connection that you weren't on a "good" one?

     

  • I’ve been having this problem most of the week too. I haven’t moved the pod or hub, yet the signal’s been showing as “Fair”. I’ve reset both devices and even tried putting the pod in another location. The result is the same. Devices connecting through the pod’s WiFi are slower and less responsive than they were before too, as I’ve done a test in the kitchen (which is furthest from the hub).
