Need to order a WiFi pod
I am working in the utility room and lose signal a few times a day. The connect app says that the signal is poor but I can't see an option to order a pod.
How do I get one? Is it free as the signal is poor?

Pods are only free on the top tiers or Volt customers. Otherwise they are £8 pm to rent. If you need an extender, it may be better to buy your own.
