My router started flashing red every-time i wanted to connect it which started 2 days ago.From then everytime i want to connect it, it does connect to the wifi but its in a loop of reconnecting and my wifi has been really slow lately is there any fix to this?

Sorry to hear of the WiFi issues. We've not been able to locate you from the forum details provided.
What Router do you have? https://www.virginmedia.com/help/how-to/broadband/hub-lights - this should help with the WiFi lights and what they mean.
If it's a Hub 3 or above, please can you download the Connect App - https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app and run wireless scans in the property? This should help.
