my own domains names blocked on virgin media

hi

    since the  middle of last week i can not access my own  domain name via virgin media  websafe etc is off and router is in modem mode

my router ip address is  [REMOVED]

my domain name is batesholidays.co.uk

hosting supplier is liquidwebspace.com 

i even change name servers put still the same 

my other domain names are ok put they are still with old hosting company for now

    If you have changed hosting and the IP address has changed it can take up to 72 hours for the VM DNS servers to get the change.

    I get a response from batesholidays.co.uk but it is a directory listing. ( see below )

    If you are not getting this far try a trace route to batesholidays.co.uk  it may show where the traffic is being dropped.

    i get this from my vm broadband  fine on mobile etc
