Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.
VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.
If no area faults found:
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three

Hi SUPERCOOLWILLOW
Thank you very much for bringing the intermittent WIFI to our attention.
We can imagine it must be very frustrating especially as more or less everyone relies on a solid connection these days.
We do have the ability here to run checks on the signal coming into the hub and it appears all fine. This would then lead us to believe the hub is at fault due the sheer number of disconnections.
What I can do is arrange for an engineer to attend and replace the hub for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
Regards
