My hub has a solid red light.

Hi, my hub has a solid red light. Tried a reset and still the same. Do I need a replacement? Thanks in anticipation

    I'm sorry to hear that - we'll just need to go through a few checks with you first to ensure that nothing in the environment is causing the issue. 

    If you could please follow the steps below and come back to us, that would be great:

     

    1. Ensure that the Hub is in a clear and open space 
    2. Ensure that the Hub is upright and well ventilated
    3. Perform a factory reset (if this hasn't already been done). To do this, you'll need to push a pin or something of similar size into the pinhole at the back of the Hub for 60 seconds
