moving from 500mb to 1gb

In the last few days I have upgraded to 1gb BB from 500mb. it says upto 10 days to activate the account. Can I just confirm with someone what speeds I should be getting on 1gb BB I'm currently getting around 550mbps download and around 52mbps upload.

This was tested on different speed test sites through ethernet but I get the same on wifi. I have the hub 5 but the internet is connected to my own router Asus TUF-AX5400.

my contract start date for the upgrade started today and on the main page on VM it states my download average speed as been 516 down and 52 up. Is this still on the 500mb package?

I haven't reset the router or moved back to the hub 5 to test all this out it won't be until the weekend before I can test this I just want to make sure. before I start messing about. I might need faster Ethernet cable as I don't remember which one I'm using.

VM Hubs pick up a changes to the speed profile after a restart / power cycle.

The Hub menu Configuration tab shows the speed profile that is loaded.

On our Hub the Upstream & Downstream profile is seen as "Max Traffic Rate"
it is large figure in bits per second.   i.e. 1,000,000,000 = 1 Gb/s
