Moved house, upgraded from 250 to 500 and still WiFi is dropping out everyday and my first bill is wrong!

I've tried everything. We've rebooted, we've done all the fixed and yet despite the good speeds quoted on VM speed checker our internet is dropping out 9 times a day. We can't stream or work reliably on it. We've tried the wired connection to our TV and that doesn't work eitner.I 've tried contacting virgin on WhatsApp phone and message and I've got nowhere. They just ask me to reboot...and keep fobbing me off. It doesn't work. Now we are have an extortionate incorrect first bill and had rubbish WiFi for a month. I'm at my whits end please help.

    Replied. Considering I was told the complaints team would contact me within 2 days, I'm surprised anyone read this.
