Sorry to hear of the issues in your area impacting both Virgin Media and O2 services.
From checking the ticket it appears to be a cabinet issue but we can't advise anymore than that currently, we don't have access to the O2 systems or fault trackers to advise on the reason for their services experiencing issues. You would need to contact them directly.
