Major Incident VM and O2 mast sites hard down

Hi Team,

Please advise root cause of this outage, is it cable theft related, due to a number of Major incidents in the local area in the past month?

I Am aware that all VM services are currently affected, both leased line and Cable including all O2 Mast sites within the PE19 area?

    Sorry to hear of the issues in your area impacting both Virgin Media and O2 services.

     

    From checking the ticket it appears to be a cabinet issue but we can't advise anymore than that currently, we don't have access to the O2 systems or fault trackers to advise on the reason for their services experiencing issues. You would need to contact them directly.
