Lots of T3 timeout errors

Hi I am getting lots of T3 timeout errors on my hub 4, here are the logs:

    Very Insightful Person

    Downstream power is too low, it should be above -6   Preferred range is -6 to +10    If you have an attenuator fitted, try removing it and check the power levels again.  Otherwise a VM tech will need to adjust those.

    At first glance, I thought the 3.1 upstream power was way too high, compared to the 3.0 upstream, but searching the forum, it looks like a display difference (bug'ish) in the hub 4's firmware. It is many dB higher than how hub 5 displays it. :-)

    Are you getting packet loss?

      Hi gitty, thanks for the reply, not getting any packet loss, I have had one t3 error since removing the attenuator, I'll keep an eye on the network log and see how I go

        Hi AlanOHara,

        Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

        Please ensure that the Hub location has good ventilation and there's nothing covering the Hub itself.

        Are you having any connection issues? If so, is this affecting devices connected via Ethernet, WiFi or both please?

        Does this affect multiple devices?

        Are you using any 3rd party networking equipment?

        Please pop back to us when you can.
