three questions
first :
why there is so hard to find any contact to you, via emial nithter phone(I don't mean soulless bots) for simple requests?
really I had to sign up , create account , verify on this forum, just for simple request? wasting time
second one is, HOW I can contact you in simple way?
and third: how to order that free-of-charge longer coax cable for broadband?
and if it's impossible (if) could you recommend some coax cable either another compatible router then can buy by myself?
due to short cable I connected my old router yesterday, it works , but then after checking speeds etc at your website it's said something like "blah blah incorrect"
