Issues with Disney+ via Virgin Media WiFi

As title says, im having issues with disney+
and after doing a search it seems to be a recurring issue

i have done all i can, clear cache, clear data, delete app, reinstall app, log out all devices and even done the hub5 router reset but nothing works and there is no vpn involved, when i load disney on my pc the writing was either in french, german or english

this is happening on all devices with disney+ app, so all tvs, all virgin boxes, all ps5, all mobiles phones and pc.

but disney+ works fine if you switch your phone to data

is there a fix for this that actually fixes it for good?

    Does it work via a VPN, just as a test?  What does Whatismyipaddress.com show as your location?

      hi there, yes disney+ works on browser extension vpn but obviously thinks im in different country, switch it off and just keeps saying something went wrong.

      using Whatismyipaddress.com it shows im in the uk, though seems to change everyday location in the uk
