Internet Never Worked Since Installation – Now Being Charged
Hi all,
Looking for some advice or help here.
I had Virgin Media installed nearly two months ago, but the internet has never worked since day one. I’ve contacted support several times via phone and live chat, and even had a second engineer visit. He said he escalated the issue to the IT department and would follow up, but I’ve never heard back.
Now, despite having no working service, I’ve received a bill for the first month.
I’ve tried raising this through the complaints form and over the phone, but so far I’ve had no real resolution. I’ve also reached out to the original engineer who installed it, but I’m not sure what else I can do at this point.
