Internet dropouts

Still an ongoing issue. For 9 months VM tech support says there is not a problem with the connection, no local issues, there is not really much in the way of info on the networking log. Yet still the connection drops out. Autodesk Fusion says "not online, working locally", I get kicked from online game servers, YouTube buffers, the Eufy app for my security cams says "device not online", Thunderbird says it cannot reach email servers, Google Meet disconnects..and on and on. Only for 5-60 seconds but enough to be a total  pain. The disconnects are so short they don’t show on the Think Broadband monitor graph. If VM cannot give me an uninterrupted service there is not way I'm renewing my contract. I would much rather have a sightly slower internet speed that is reliable than a fast connection with issues. It bites even more when VM up their prices "to give everyone a better service". Years ago VM broadband was rock solid. What has happened?

P.S, at the risk of sounding over conspiratorial, I don’t think its beyond possibility that VM hub logs can be manipulated to overlook disconnects below a certain threshold. Maybe..maybe not.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. We're sorry for any Broadband issues. We've had a check and there are no area or service issues affecting you. However, we've noticed your 5ghz channel is 124 and this doesn't work which will cause congestion of the 2.4ghz channel and incompatible devices to not function. We do recommend a full 60 second PIN reset. Let us know if this fixes things.

    Best wishes.
