Good to know, I have the same issue and an engineer is coming out on Wednesday. I had hoped they might change our hub from hub3 to hub5. Did you notice any improvement at all? or did it literally do nothing?

Hi PromethiumFire,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
We're sorry to hear you've noticed some drop outs on your connection. It's not unusual to have a few every now and then.
How have things been since you last posted?
If you notice any further issues, have a look here. It will first check if there's a fault in the area. If so, it will advise the details, including an estimated fix time, If there is no area fault, it will allow you to click a 'still having issues' button. Do this to test your line, replace your equipment or book an engineer visit if it's needed.
Keep us posted if you need further help or support.
Many thanks,
