Intermittent signal

I'm new to virgin media and not had any issues since I joined in November, till the signal started dropping 2 weeks ago. I have been having intermittent signal in the last 2 weeks, all I got was the engineers are working on it. This is not helping at all, as I and my husband work from home, I've had to log off work again this morning due to this issue and don't get paid for Internet issues. Can someone PLEASE help look into it?.

    Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

      Thanks, I have done that it showed broadband issues at my postcode and the automated said engineers are working on it. It's been on and off for 2 weeks now
