Intermittent Signal in my area

Hi, did this ever get sorted fully for you?  Im in the DH9 postcode as well and had the 2gig package installed in July.  started having frequent drop outs a week or so ago and seems to be daily..  today is an nightmare.

    Are the drop outs on wired or wireless connections?

    Have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

    If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This is generally  better  as it gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

    The BQM doesn't look too good. It's possibly dirt on the optical cable.

    You should also run a speed test using https://samknows.com/realspeed/ 

    This shows the speed to the hub as well as to your device  so it may help indicate if the issues are internal or external.   Run the full test so it includes Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed
