Intermittent drop outs since neighbourhood outage

A couple of days ago the whole neighborhood lost connection. This coincided with me attempting to relocate my router.

I have since been experiencing network drop outs (zoom freezing multiple times in a meeting) when it's been perfect for over a year (I WFH so would have noticed).

I have since returned my router to its original location, checked the connections and restarted the router. I have also plugged in my Orbi WiFi router and switched to using that with no improvement.

I have a BQM here. Red line is when I checked the connections and restarted but no joy.

Will an engineer help? Network stats are in following posts:

        Hello hfjkskujshsha,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention on the community.

Sorry to hear about the connection issues after the local outage.

Can I just ask if the drops have settled now and everything appears to be back to normal.

We can see the last drop was for around 5 minutes on the 4 October. Since then nothing else has been flagged.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

  • *I have since plugged in another WiFi router and still have the same issues so it's 100% not a WiFi issue.
