Intermittent broadband

Hi

I hope someone may be able to help. Broadband has been intermittent for the past few months with the TV pixelating constantly after 2 engineer visits it still has not been resolved.  I have run the think broadband and this is the results

    What have the engineers advised upon their visits? Was the issue resolved when they left?

    Your BQM has been removed, probably because it has personally identifiable data.
