Intermittent Broadband.

Had an install 4 weeks ago and had frequent intermittent broadband dropouts.  So far I've had 4 engineer visits, hub & external cables replaced and I still am having issues. Anyone had this problem and a definitive successful fix? Thanks

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of this, not the most ideal experience to start with a new company.

    We can see you have a further visit booked in for later in the week, please let us know how this goes.

      Hi John, as expected the engineer was not able do anything to help other than push it back to networks again (3rd time). The communication then is non existant to any progress in trying to resolve the issue. I showed the engineer this mornings test which shows 100% packet loss.

      mobile phones by wifi do not count as useful testing tools please test by wire.
