Intermittent broadband - how do I request an engineer

Hi. How did you contact an engineer please? I’m having a nightmare! New customer

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111  or   150 if you have a VM landline. 

    If you wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post and discuss directly with you.

    We can confirm that upon looking into the local area, no faults are currently present that may be effecting multiple users.
