Independent hub5 with excess transmission power issues.

Can only see an image about your package details. Of interest, how on earth do you have "4x Superhub 5' listed??? That means VM think you have four hub5's to return if you ever leave???

Copy and post your Hub data as text, not as screenshots. 

Hub data from the Upstream and Downstream tabs if you please.
