Incorrect password

Wifi has been working for years using the default password that came with the route. Today the wifi disconnect and has an error of incorrect password. Called customer service and advised to restart. The router has been restarted and the reset button pressed more than 10 times. Still getting same error.

    You have to hold the button down for 60 seconds. Then leave the Hub to do its own thing - don't touch the power.

    Make sure you use the Wifi password, not the Hub password.
