Incorrect password for admin login hub5

I have tried to admin login to my hub5 this is the first time doing it since installed and it’s telling me the password in incorrect even though it’s the password from the bottom of the router I have also done a pin reset to try and fix the issue but it didn’t work it still tells me the password is incorrect how do I fix this and how can I login to the router via admin to change settings?

    If the password (settings) on the bottom of the Hub is not working, then there is nothing you can do.  You will need a new Hub as there is no recovery method.  However take a photo and enlarge the password, as the Hub 5 is notorious for hard to make out printing, e.g. v could be a y  etc. etc.

      When factory resetting the hub you should remove all ethernet cables from the device  and keep the reset button pressed in for around a minute to ensure. 

      Also ensure that you are entering the admin password and not the wifi password.
