I need another WiFi pod and I'm being sent around in circles

My WiFi was iffy or non existent in kitchen and garden shed . A WiFi pod solved the kitchen problem but Im being sent in circles trying to order a second pod to make connection in the shed and garage which is on the other side of the house from the kitchen. I've scanned and was recommended a pod as reception was poor or totally lacking. I've spent 5 hours going in circles. Please help.

    Because the hub is that bad you need another pod and pods are that bad you need more

    You really need to run an external Cat 6 cable outside to your shed/garage if you want a proper solution.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with the strength and reach of your wireless connection to certain areas in and outside of the home. Can you confirm roughly how far away the shed/garage that you're referring to is from the closest connection point (the router or a pod)?

      Thank you for the reply. I finally got through to a real person by going on the complaints page. A new WiFi pod is supposedly on the way to me now. It shouldn't be so difficult to contact virgin. They advertised the pods, then  make it almost impossible to order them.

        I've been with VM less than a month and have noted their customer service (seemingly with the exception of those responding on here) its horrific, and that's being polite. Its a wonder they have so many users!
