Seems to be an issue with german sites/data centres? I geoip'd the above 195.x.x.x and it also resolves to a german data centre, as do mine and also having issues from nottingham

Hi Lemonzest, 

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, sorry you're also having this issue whilst trying to access sites such as this. 

Can you also access these sites whilst using a VPN or mobile data?

If so, then as these will have a different IP address, it would mean your IP address is likely blacklisted.
As it's most likely the site that has blacklisted the IP address, you would need to contact the site in question themselves directly. They can then advise further and/or correct the error.
