Hub5x
Ill keep this short as I spent the best part of 6 months dealing with you useless lot at Virgin.
1) When is the app going to start working with the Hub5x, can't use the app to control devices etc. This was meant to be made avaliable months ago...Nothing. Crap.
2) When are you going to resolve the latency upload and buffer bloat issue on the Hub5x
3) When are you going to enable Modem mode, so I don't have to use this crap router.
4) When are you going to get people who can actually work in support and know what they are talking about.
5) When are you going to admit that you released a router that is in trial with a small team working on it that haven't released a firmware update since it came out 8 months ago.
6) Why did I make the mistake of moving from BT to you lot.
